When I logged into PatrickSpins Casino UK for the first time, I was greeted with a welcome bonus of 200 free spins on the popular slot Starburst, a generous 150% match on my initial deposit up to £500. That concrete offer set the tone for what follows.

What’s on the Menu: Games and Software

The casino’s library is powered by three major providers: NetEnt, Microgaming, and Betsoft. Across the catalog you’ll find roughly 250 slots, 30 table games, and a handful of live dealer tables. If you’re into progressive jackpots, the Mega Moolah machine offers a 3.2% return to player (RTP), a figure that sits comfortably above the industry average.

Bonuses and Loyalty: How the Rewards Stack

Beyond the welcome offer, PatrickSpins runs a weekly 1% cashback on net losses, capped at £200. The loyalty program is tiered: at the bronze level you earn 1 point per £1 wagered, silver gives 1.5 points, and gold offers 2 points plus a monthly free spin. Accumulating 200 points unlocks a 20% cashback voucher for the next month.

Payment Methods and Payout Speed

Deposits can be made via Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and a handful of e‑wallets. The first £100 can be credited instantly. Withdrawals via e‑wallets are processed within 24 hours, while bank transfers take 3–5 business days. The casino’s minimum withdrawal is £20, and there’s a flat £3 fee for all payouts.

Mobile Experience and Customer Support

The mobile site is responsive and mirrors the desktop layout, though a few older slot titles are missing from the app. Live chat is available 24/7, with average response times under 90 seconds. The help center contains detailed FAQs, and the support email is monitored until 10 pm GMT.

Where the Caveats Lie

The biggest limitation is the lack of a dedicated mobile app; players who prefer native apps will have to rely on the browser interface. Additionally, while the bonus terms are transparent, the wagering requirement for the welcome offer is 35x, which can feel steep for casual players. Finally, the casino’s jurisdiction is the United Kingdom, so players from other regions must be cautious about local regulations.

Final Verdict

If you’re looking for a UK‑based casino with a solid slot selection, tangible cashback, and a clear loyalty structure, PatrickSpins delivers. The free spin welcome offer and weekly cashback make it a low‑risk way to test the waters. However, the absence of a native app and the high wagering requirement on the main bonus may push some players toward competitors. For those ready to give it a try, you can start by creating an account and claiming the 200 free spins on Starburst. The journey begins with a simple click: Patrick Spin.
